    This website is a scam. They do not accept cancellation in writing. The only way to cancel is to phone a number that nobody answers. Do not join. Find another dating website.

    I am trying to remove my Profile and delete from your “Just Singles” site and note the comment above that advises “If you wish to delete your account you may do so via the site”. Can you tell me where please?

    I am unable to make this kind of telephone call during business hours due to my employment conditions and simply cannot find the appropriate area on your site to delete my account.

      If you are a basic member you may delete your account by going to ‘Account’ followed by ‘Site Membership’. However, if you are a full member you will need to contact our Cancellation Team on the freephone telephone number in order to cancel your subscription.

    I have never joined all of your websites. I initially joined JustGloucesterSingles, and now you have me signed up for all your JustDatingGroup.
    Would you please be courteous enough to acknowledge this request to remove ALL my details from your websites and cease sending me Unsolicited emails, purporting to be from interested parties.

    I have a heart condition and disabled and all I sought was just friendship, but now I am not interested, so please remove my details from your websites.

        Have been trying the telephone number all day to cancel my membership and no-one ever answers it so it’s an absolute joke. My ID is 17285498 and I will be reporting this company as they are not making it possible to cancel. It’s a scam

          Sorry to hear you are having trouble getting through to the Cancellation Team. They do experience a high volume of calls between midday and 2pm due to members calling on lunch breaks. I can assure you that this is not a scam, and the current wait time is 5 minutes.
