1. Soba Bar & Kitchen

Specialising in exquisite Asian fusion dishes, this is the place to go when you feel like adding a little flavour to your evening. 2. Glasgow Film Theatre

This independent cinema oozes charm and charisma. Now we wouldn’t usually suggest a trip to the cinema on a first date, but for this place we’ll make an exception. As soon as you set your eyes on the structure of this building you will be transported back to the 1940’s (think Great Gatsby)! A grand entrance with beautiful viewing screens, tiered seating, and a recently added modern decor thirdscreen! Also, to help settle those date nerves this cinema has its own screen balcony bar with a selection of wines, beer and spirits to enjoy whilst watching a film. Have a passion for art? Or trying to impress someone who has? Why not visit one of Europe’s greatest art collections at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum? With plenty of historical features, beautiful Mackintosh designs and natural history, there will always be something that will strum up a conversation between the two of you. If you’re looking for a romantic dinner date somewhere special, this is the place to be.
