Six Spectacularly Spooky Dates
It’s that spooktacular time of year again and what better reason do you need to ask someone on a date they’ll definitely remember!? Whether you’ve already got a date lined up this weekend or you’re thinking of asking someone out, here’s some Halloween date ideas for a frightfully good time…
Take a Ghost Tour
Have a look online for a ghost tour in your local area. You’ll be thoroughly spooked together as you’re taken down haunted streets, into haunted houses and told ghastly ghost stories. It’s the perfect excuse to hold hands if it gets too much!
Picnic in a Graveyard
If you’re feeling brave, put a spooky twist on a romantic picnic date. Wrap up warm, take a hamper full of your favourite treats and see how long you can last amongst the spooks and spirits of the graveyard.
See a Scary Film
There’s loads of great scary films out at this time of year and so a trip to the cinema together makes a really easy Halloween date. See if there are any open-air or drive-in cinemas nearby for added fun and moonlit romance!
Go to a Halloween Themed Amusement Park
Lots of amusement parks have Halloween nights at this time of year, making this the perfect date venue for any adrenaline junkies. Scream and laugh together as you take the rides in the dark and cling on to each other as you walk through terrifying zombie mazes.
Visit a Torture Museum
Museums and galleries can make great date venues so put the Halloween spin on this idea by visiting a torture museum like The Dungeons. If you can stomach it, the horribly gory exhibits would provide great talking points for anyone feeling a little shy on a first date.
Get Dressed Up
If scary venues are not your thing, why not meet for a drink or a bite to eat, but dress up for it! Dare each other to don your very best Halloween looks and see how much fun you have – it’s bound to be a great icebreaker if anything! Just be careful not to over do it with the gory make up, you still want your date to fancy you after all!
Have you got any Halloween themed dates planned this weekend? We’d love to hear about them!
Happy Halloween!
Until next time,
