Is 50 The New 40?
Today America’s first lady, Michelle Obama turns 50. Describing herself as ’50 and fabulous’, Michelle says “I have never felt more confident in myself, more clear on who I am as a woman.” So, is 50 the new 40?
Whatever your stance on turning 50, it’s universally recognised as a time of change. A time to shake things up and start over. This is especially true when it comes to dating.
The ways in which people date has changed dramatically over the past few years. No longer are they heading out in search of Mr/Mrs Right. Instead they’re finding compatible matches online. ‘Why not go and meet people down the local like you used to, I hear you say?‘ Well honestly, it’s for the pure simplicity of it.
Who wants to be set up on a date only to discover that the person waiting for them isn’t at all on your wavelength? Nowadays, you don’t have to head to bars and pubs and try to sift out the good between the bad. Online dating sites erase the problems that could arise by building up your confidence in that person by giving you the opportunity to talk to them before meeting. You can ask questions and really get to know one another before agreeing to meet up.
Our sites are created in such a friendly user way that makes the dating process a much easier one. All you need is an email address and a photograph of yourself stored on your computer ready to upload to your profile. Signing up for a website should take you no longer than 5 minutes, depending on the amount of detail you would like to put into your profile. Remember all of this is done from the comfort of your own home!
We couldn’t think of a more convenient way to build new relationships.
So if you’re 50, fabulous and single, what are you waiting for? Let the world know and let them see how great you are!
