How To: Send A Great Introduction
Introducing our handy new guide to all things Just Singles! Not too sure what everything on the website does or how it works? Our new series of blogs will answer all your budding questions, starting with: how to send a great Introduction.
Introductions are the best way to say hello to as many people as possible. You create your own hello message, select your location range, and Bob’s your uncle! You’ve introduced yourself to loads of potential matches, all in one go.
Plus, it’s completely free – you’ve got nothing to lose!
If you haven’t sent one yet, it takes just a few minutes to set it all up. So pop the kettle on and we’ll be done before it’s boiled.
How do I set up my Introduction?
Before you Introduce yourself to the world of Just Singles, we want to know a little more about you – it will give everyone who’s interested in you a bit more to work with.
1. Add a photo – we want to see you!
2. Either answer at least 3 questions or write a profile summary. That way, those interested in you can get to know a bit more about you and use it to strike up conversation.
3. Click on Send an Introduction and compose your message!
What should I write?
This is your chance to make a great first impression. You want to say hi and tell them a little about yourself. Humour or interesting facts really go down a treat!
Remember: your subject line is important! You want to grab people’s attention and make them open your message. A simple “hello” won’t stand out. Think about lines that would make you want to open a message and go with that.
So now you know all about why and how to send Introductions – you should be a pro! If you haven’t sent one before, simply log in and follow the steps above. You’ll be chatting away to people in no time!
