Ahh the luck of the Irish! Yes, it’s St Patrick’s Day and to mark the occasion we’ve found 7 fun (and hopefully lucky) date ideas for dating in Dublin…

1. Cycle round Phoenix Park
Rent a tandem from Phoenix Park Bike Hire and explore the magnificent Phoenix Park together. You’ll certainly have a lot of fun and what could be more romantic than a bicycle built for two!? (Singing of course optional).

2. Gravity Bar at the Guinness Storehouse
The Guinness Storehouse may be a pretty standard tourist attraction but you’ll impress your date no end if you take them for a drink at the Gravity Bar. Hovering above the Guinness Storehouse, the Gravity Bar offers a 360 degree view of Dublin, stretching as far as Dublin Bay. What better and more romantic way to enjoy your Guinness?

3. Dublin Zoo
As one of the world’s oldest and most popular zoos, Dublin Zoo would make for a great fun and not to mention, unforgettable day time date. There’d be plenty to talk about as you stroll around together, spotting giraffes and hanging out with the monkeys.

4. Vintage Cocktail Club
If it’s the classic dinner and drinks you’re after, give Vintage Cocktail Club a try.  With a quirky setting, great food and some of the best cocktails in town… you can’t go wrong!

5. The Dublin Ghostbus Tour
If you’re nervous about going on a date, the Dublin Ghostbus Tour is a sure fire way to make you forget! You’ll be clinging onto each other as you’re transported into a world of terrifying stories, through Dublin’s most haunted sights. Feeling brave anyone?

6. Love Lane
Up the romance with a stroll through Love Lane in Temple Bar. Love Lane is simply an alleyway that’s dedicated to love! Made up of handmade tiles containing quotes and thoughts about love, it’s the perfect place to “accidentally” stumble upon.

7. International Comedy Club
There’s always something on to get your sides splitting at the International Comedy Club. Even if you end up at a gig where the standard isn’t so high, it’ll still give you something to laugh about after.. win win!
